At Al-Baraka Handicrafts, we take pride in delivering high-quality handcrafted products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Returns Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Products purchased during clearance or sale (if applicable)

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos/videos of the product
  • We will offer a replacement or full refund

4. Refund Process

  • Once your return is approved and received, we will inspect the item.
  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method.

5. Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping cost is to be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

6. Cancellation Policy.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
